Defect Cause Solution
The appliance is
not working.
The plug 9 is not connected to the power
supply. Insert the plug 9 into a wall
socket.
The mains power socket is defective.
Use a diff erent mains power
socket.
The appliance is defective.
In this case, contact the
Customer Service.
The appliance vibrates
and shudders.
The appliance is standing on an uneven
surface. Stabilise the appliance by
adjusting the feet 0.
The appliance is
not cooling.
The time passed is not yet suffi cient to
achieve the desired temperature.
Wait for a short period.
The temperature is incorrectly set.
Check the programmed
temperature.
The location is unsuitable.
Place the appliance at a
cooler location.
There are many bottles in the minibar.
The appliance needs longer to
cool down.
The door 7 is not
closing properly or
not at all.
The bottle racks q/w or the bottles are
incorrectly inserted. Insert the bottle racks
q/w or the bottles correctly.
The appliance is not standing on a level
surface. Place the appliance on a
