(blue)
No power to the
control panel
Inspect the 110 volt GFCI outlet/12
volt AC transformer power outlet
Controller failure
Contact Dealer for repair/replacement
Ionization
Indicator is
flashing (green)
Debris lodged between
the electrodes
Remove the electrodes by rotating
½ turn in a counter clockwise direction.
Inspect the electrodes and remove
any debris
The electrodes are not
immersed in water
Check the water flow through the
electrode housing and verify that the
housing is full of water
Ionization
Indicator is
flashing (green)
while the display
reads ‘00’
Control panel cannot
detect a connection the
electrode
Inspect the quick-connect plug on the
Electrode and verify that the line to the
control panel is not damaged
Electrodes are depleted
Remove the electrodes by rotating
½ turn in a counter clockwise direction.
Inspect the electrodes and verify that
replacement is needed. Install a new
TRION2-RA replacement electrode.
Low copper level
Level of ionization set
too low
Increase the level of ionization and
monitor copper levels
Copper ions are quickly
consumed
It is not unusual for the test strips to
show low copper levels after long
periods of operating at “full” power.
This is due to copper ions being
consumed within the water feature as
they break down organics.
High copper level
Level of ionization set
too high
Reduce ionization to ‘01’ on the
display until test results are below
0.3 ppm. A partial water change will
also aid in reducing copper levels
