Screw In Eye.
Square Drive Adapter

1. Remove existing hardware and
frame bushings if applicable.
2. Remove square drive adapter
from eye bolt assembly by loosen-
ing the two set screws and un-
threading the square drive adapter.
3. Unthread the frame bushing
from the eye bolt assembly.
DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREW IN
THE EYE RING.
4. Mark the location for the ad-
juster on the frame rail and drill
two 1-1/4” holes in the frame rail to
insert frame bushing.
5. Insert frame bushing (with lock-
ing collar on top) from the top so
that it protrudes ¼” through the
bottom of the frame rail.
6. Weld frame bushing to the top
and bottom of the frame. DO NOT
WELD LOCKING COLLAR TO THE
FRAME.
7. Re-install the eye bolt into the
frame bushing from the bottom up.
8. Re-install square drive adapter
onto the eye bolt assembly by
threading the adapter onto the
bolt all the way, then back off to
align one of the set screws with
the flat on the eye bolt. Apply blue
threadlocker to both set screws and
tighten.
9. Tighten bolt on locking collar to
prevent bolt from turning.
