Aucun Produit ne sera accepté pour remplacement ou réparation sans qu'un
numéro d'autorisation de retour de matériel (Return Materials Authorization -
RMA) n'ait été attribué par UBIQUITI NETWORKS pendant la période de garantie.
Les Produits doivent être envoyés à UBIQUITI NETWORKS en fret prépayé,
conformément à la procédure de retour de matériel d'UBIQUITI NETWORKS. Les
Produits retournés sans numéro RMA ne seront pas traités et seront renvoyés
en port dû ou mis au rebut. Pour plus d'informations sur le retour de matériel et

UN USAGE PARTICULIER ET ABSENCE DE CONTREFAÇON, AINSI QUE TOUTE
GARANTIE DÉCOULANT DE TOUTE CONDUITE, OU TOUT USAGE OU PRATIQUE
COMMERCIALE EN RAPPORT AVEC LESDITS PRODUITS ET SERVICES. L'ACHETEUR
RECONNAÎT QUE NI UBIQUITI NETWORKS NI SES FOURNISSEURS TIERS N'ONT
DE CONTRÔLE SUR SON PROPRE ÉQUIPEMENT OU SUR LE TRANSFERT DE
DONNÉES VIA LES MOYENS DE COMMUNICATION, Y COMPRIS L'INTERNET, ET
QUE LES PRODUITS ET SERVICES PEUVENT ÊTRE SOUMIS À DES RESTRICTIONS,
INTERRUPTIONS, RETARDS, ANNULATIONS ET AUTRES PROBLÈMES INHÉRENTS
À L'UTILISATION DES INFRASTRUCTURES DE COMMUNICATION. UBIQUITI
NETWORKS, SES FILIALES ET LEURS FOURNISSEURS TIERS NE SAURAIENT ÊTRE
TENUS RESPONSABLES DE TOUTE INTERRUPTION, ANNULATION, PERTE OU
CORRUPTION DE DONNÉES, PERTE DE PAQUETS, OU TOUT RETARD, ÉCHEC DE
LIVRAISON OU AUTRE DOMMAGE RÉSULTANT DE TOUTES LES ÉVENTUALITÉS
SUS-MENTIONNÉES. En outre, UBIQUITI NETWORKS ne garantit pas que les
Produits soient exempts d'erreurs et qu'ils fonctionneront sans interruption.
