Setup and Operation
Aqua808 Transmitter and H2O Headworn Microphone
Prior to use, the internal battery should charge for a minimum of 12 hours. The
battery charging unit is provided with a metal connector identical to the metal
connector on the headset cable. To attach, align the notch in the connector inner
ring with the alignment pin in the transmitter connector. Once aligned, press
together and twist the locking ring to the right until it clicks into place. If resistance
is encountered, do not force together - check for obstruction and be sure the pins
are straight and aligned. The transmitter should be off while charging.
Prior to use, attach the included cable to the H2O headworn microphone. On the
plastic connector, align the white arrows and gently snap together. If resistance is
encountered, do not force together - check for obstruction and be sure the pins are
straight and aligned.
We recommend that the headset and transmitter connectors receive a very small
amount of the supplied protective silicone gel. With heavy use, apply once a week
to prevent corrosion and extend ccomponent life.
IMPORTANT !
In order for these components to be waterproof, the included cable
must be connected properly and securely to the headset and
transmitter. Failure to do so will result in component damage and
will void your warranty. Unless and until these connectors are properly
seated, these components will not be waterproof. See page 8 for
illustration.
