Playing a tape
You can use a TYPE 1 (normal) tape.

"TAPE" appears in the display.

Press ► on deck A or B.
The tape starts playing.

Pause Press II. Press again to
resume play.
Fast-forward Press
Rewind Press
Remove the cassette Press ■
Adjust the volume
Turn VOLUME (or press
VOL +/- on the remote).
To play both decks in succession
(relay play)
You can listen to one side of the tapes in deck
B and deck A in succession.
When the tape in deck B finishes playing, the
tape in deck A starts playing.
1 Press ■ ^ and insert recorded tapes in
both decks.
2 Press ► on deck B.
3 Press II and ► on deck A.
The tape on deck A is paused and
automatically released when the playback
on deck B ends.
Tip
If you play both decks at the same time, you will
hear the sound from deck B.
