Airdog’s AirDog ®
II
Fuel Air Separation, Filtration and Delivery System for the Diesel Engine!
The AirDog
® II Fuel Preporator®, the Original Fuel Air Separation System, is an
all in one premium lift pump and complete filtration system for the 6.7L Ford
PowerStroke Diesel. The system removes water, particulates and entrained air
from the fuel. The entrained air, separated from the fuel, is returned to the tank
through a return line.
The AirDog
®
II delivers clean fuel to the engine free of virtually all air/vapor and
at a positive flow. Thus, allowing the engine “test cell” performance and
efficiency, while in “real world” use.
The AirDog
®
II DF-100, DF-165 feature an Adjustable Pressure Regulator Preset
at 10psi. Should you decided to adjust the pressure please refer to Page 20 on
how to do so.

TYPICAL INSTALLATION LAYOUT
The AirDog
®
II draws fuel from the fuel tank at constant flow, removing water,
particulates, and air/vapor. A regulated pressurized flow is maintained to meet the
engine’s varying fuel demands. The AirDog
®
II returns the separated air/vapor to the fuel
tank.
