After the mount is securely fastened, insert the shaft of the arm into the mount
cup. For the example the Through-Desk configuration was used.

After securing the bracket to the flat panel monitor, insert the shaft of the
tilt mechanism into the forearm.
Fasten the 10-32 x 3/8" Philips Flat Head screw and washer into the
hole in the bottom of the tilt mechanism to secure the monitor onto
the arm.
