during stop mode allows you to skip to the
beginning of the next (current and previous)
track/group continuously.
* 2 Fast-forward and fast-rewind speed become
faster if the operation is continued for five
seconds.

Listening to music with your Network Walkman
To use the arm band
You can enjoy music while exercising,
skating, dancing or playing sports by using
the supplied arm band with your Network
Walkman.
Attach the arm band attachment to your
Network Walkman and adjust the
headphone cord length by winding the cord
around the arm band attachment 2~3 times.
Secure the band as shown in the
illustration, and wrap the arm band around
your upper arm.
Components of the supplied arm
band
Metal part of arm band: Sus M7
Rubber part of arm band: polyurethane (Surface:
nylon-ester)
Notes
• Do not secure the arm band too tightly and be
aware of the length of time you wear it. If it
becomes uncomfortable, remove it.
• Take care your shirt fabric is not torn by the
hook and loop fastener when wearing the arm
band.
