Alternating Rinse & Refill and Basic Feeding
Follow these instructions for International Basil gardens.
Alternate between Rinse & Refill (described on page 4),
and Basic Feeding (described on page 3).

appropriate box on
this Feeding Schedule
after each feeding.

As you extend your Garden’s life, you may
notice that some of your plants look unattractive
and/or have stopped growing while others are still
productive. At this time, you have a choice:
•
Clip the old/dead plant just above the Seed Pod
label to remove it and allow the productive
plants around it to keep growing. If you do this,
we recommend keeping the Seed Pod in the
Grow Surface to reduce algae growth;
OR
•
Prepare for your next Garden (please refer
to the Tending & Harvesting Guide included
in your original Seed Kit).
We recommend checking
for bugs every time you
add nutrients. (Refer to
Troubleshooting in the
Tending & Harvesting Guide
from your original Seed Kit.)
