5) Detach the lid on the motor cover.
(Use a hexagon wrench with the distance to the opposite side of 1.5mm.)
6) Unplug the motor cables and encoder cables on the motor side and actuator side.
7) Detach the FG cable. (Use a Phillips screwdriver.)
