Do not take the electric cord out of the socket during operation of
the appliance. You should first turn it off.
After using the appliance let it cool for a few minutes. After that
you can boil water in it again.

BEFORE USE
Remove all packing materials from appliance;
make sure that there are no foreign items in it.
Wash internal surface of kettle with warm
soapy water, rinse carefully and wipe dry. In case
of unusual odor fill the kettle up to a maximum
level with vinegar solution (1 element of 9 % vin-
egar per 20 elements of water), let the kettle soak
for an hour. Then wash out the kettle with tap water, boil water in the
kettle and pour it out.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Put the kettle with the base on a dry horizontal
surface.
2. Take the kettle off the base (8) and open the
lid (2), by pressing the button (3), and fill the
kettle with water.
3. Make sure that water level is between the
maximum and minimum marks on the water
level scale (5). Do not turn on an empty kettle.
4. Close the lid (2) and put the kettle on the base (8).
5. Put the plug in the socket making sure that the mains supply matches
the voltage requirements indicated on the appliance. After con-
nection of the appliance to the electricity supply a blue light will
light up inside the body (7).
6. Turn the kettle on with the on/off button (6). The blue lighting will
change to red, indicating that water boiling is in process.
7. The appliance will automatically turn off as soon as water boils,
and the internal light indicator (7) will change to blue again. You
can turn the kettle off manually before completion of water boil-
ing process with the on/off button (6).
8. While pouring water out of the kettle tilt it slightly and gradually.
Remember that there is hot water inside the kettle.
