Cable Wiring Details
Although only pins 4, 5, 7, and 8 are used, all pins should be terminated properly, so connect
all eight pins even though only four are actually used.

Straight/Crossed Cable Wiring Details
The pin wiring for crossed cables is shown in parenthesis. Although pins 4, 5, 7, and 8 are
unused, they must be terminated properly, so connect all eight pins even though only four
