Follow these steps to turn SID screening on or off.
1. Press
, then repeatedly press

until the phone displays

SCREEN
.
Note: If no SID information has been pro-
grammed into your phone, the message
NOT
ALLOWED
appears and the phone exits the
menu.
2. Press
. The phone displays the current
setting (
SID
SCRN
ON
or
SID
SCRN
OFF
).
3. Press
or
to select the other setting
,
then
press
to store your selection.
The phone prompts you for your 4-digit lock
code (
LOCKCODE?
).
4. Enter your lock code, then press
.
Note: If you enter the wrong lock code, the
phone displays
CODE
ERROR
. Start again at
Step 1 and enter the correct code.
