11 Maintenance Jams
11.1 Recording paper jams
11.1.1 When the recording paper has
jammed in the unit
The display will show the following.
PAPER JAMMED
Important:
L Remove the recording paper, then remove the
paper tray beforehand, otherwise the paper may
misfeed or jam.
1 Open the front cover ( 1), push the green button
(
2), then open the back cover (3).
2 Remove the jammed recording paper ( 4).
3 Turn the blue gear ( 5) in the direction of the arrow
until the ink film is tight ( 6) and at least one layer of
ink film is wrapped around the blue core (
7).
