Step 2: Customize the print settings

Choose an envelope size and orientation:

From the software application File menu, choose Page Setup.

From the Format for pop-up menu, choose Lexmark Z25-Z35.

From the Settings pop-up menu, choose Page Attributes.

Select Paper Size to choose the appropriate envelope size.

Choose Landscape orientation.
Note: Many software applications are designed to override the envelope settings
in Page Setup. Make sure Landscape orientation is also selected in your
software application.

Click OK.

Choose a print quality and paper type:
a
From the software application File menu, choose Print.
b
From the Printer pop-up menu, choose Lexmark Z25-Z35.
