Upgrading the firmware
In some cases, a firmware upgrade may be necessary to get the full functionality of your MFP device,
especially if you have a brand new model. If you are experiencing any compatibility issues please
check the Support section of the IOGEAR website at
http://www.iogear.com for firmware upgrade files.
Download the latest version to your computer and make sure that you unzip it if necessary. The file
name should end in “.BIN” when you are done. Then click the
Misc button in the Web Admin tool. Click
Firmware Upgrade and you should see the following page:
