Using Directories
When dealing with the capability for hours of music, obviously you are going to want
some form of organization. Max-300 MP3/CD Player supports multiple directories for
organizing the tracks on your CD.
Tracks are arranged in alphabetical order by directory. For example, the tracks in a
directory labeled “Beatles” will play before the tracks in the directory labeled “Pink
Floyd”. The tracks in the directories are also played in alphabetical order. A track by the
name of Blackbird.mp3 would play before Yellow Submarine.mp3.
One-level Directories:
1. During normal playback, press DIR/REC one time to enter DIR mode. The DIR
No. should be flashing.
2. Using
FORWARD and REWIND, select the directory you want and press
PLAY one time. It will automatically start playing the first track.
