CRUISE ON/OFF Button
To Set Cruise Control:
1 Press the CRUISE ON/OFF button. The indicator light
(located in the tachometer) will illuminate.
2 Accelerate to the desired speed.
3 Push DOWN on the COAST/SET switch and
release it. The indicator light will
illuminate. Cruise Control will be set to the
desired speed.

CRUISE ON/OFF Button
The Intelligent Cruise Control system can be set to one of two cruise modes:
N Vehicle-to-vehicle distance-control cruise
N Fixed speed-control cruise
To Set Vehicle-to-Vehicle Distance-Control Cruise:
1 Press the CRUISE ON/OFF button for less than 1.5 seconds. The
indicator light (located in the tachometer) will illuminate.
2 Accelerate to the desired speed.
3 Push DOWN on the COAST/SET switch and release it. The indicator
light will illuminate. Cruise Control will be set to the desired speed.
4 Press the Following Distance button repeatedly to change the set distance
to the vehicle ahead between long, middle, and short.
N When a vehicle IS NOT detected ahead of you in the lane, the set
speed will be maintained.
