PEDOMETER INSTRUCTIONS

MOUNTING THE PEDOMTER
Attach the pedometer securely to
your waistband or belt, close to the
center of your body. The unit should
be positioned horizontally along
the waist.
STARTING THE MEASUREMENT
Start the measurement by pressing
the “RESET” key, you can always
see the step counter before you
press the “RESET” key again.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Not all of you steps were detected
- mount the pedometer closer to the
center of your body.
If tthe LCD is showing slow response
- temperature has been below 0
degrees, the display reutrns to
normal when the temperature rises.
If the LCD is black- the pedometer
has been put in direct sunlight too
long. It will return to normal in the
shade.
REPLACING THE BATTERY
When the display becomes blurry,
this indicates that the battery power
has nearly run out.
To replace the battery, open the back
cover by removing the screws with
a screwdriver. Replace the battery
then screw down the back case
before use.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Freestyle® products are warranted
to the original purchaser to be free
from defects in material and
workmanship under normal use for
a period of one(1) year from the
date of purchase. During the
warranty period, and upon proof of
purchase, the product will be
repaired without charge for either
parts or labor, excluding the battery.
The limited warranty is given by
Freestyle and not the dealer from
whom the product was purchased.

Include a brief description of the
problem and a copy of your
purchase receipt showing it was
purchased within the past year.
Include your name, address and zip
code. If the battery needs replaced,
include a check or money order for
$4.00. Please allow 30 days for
return.
This warranty will not apply if product
has been misused, abused or
altered. Bending the unit and visible
cracking of the face or display are
presumed to be defects resulting
from misuse.
