• Fit a mirror and mirror cover to an end of the dash assembly.
Hint: Each mirror and mirror cover only fit on one side of the
vehicle. If they do not seem to fit, try assembling on the
other side.
• Insert two #8 x
3 /
4
" screws into the mirror cover and tighten.
• Repeat this procedure to attached the other mirror and mirror
cover to the opposite end of the dash assembly.

• Insert six #8 x 3 /
4
" screws into the front bumper and tighten.

• Fit a 3 /
8
"-16 lock nut, rounded side out, onto the front axle.
IMPORTANT! Tighten the lock nut firmly with the closed end of
the assembly tool.
• Test to be sure the front wheel moves freely on the front axle.
Turn the front wheel.
• If the front wheel does not move freely, loosen the lock nut
¼ turn and test again. Repeat this procedure as necessary.
• Repeat steps 4-6 to assemble the other washer, bushing,
front wheel and wheel cover with the remaining 3 /
8
"-16 lock
nut on the other side of the vehicle.

• Align the slot in a hubcap with the rib in the wheel cover.
“Snap” a hubcap into the center of each wheel cover.
• Turn the vehicle upright.
