- Major physical or electrical damage is evident when the sheet metal cover(s) are removed.
- Machine is dead – no output – no fan – no pilot light.
- The machine is dead – no output – no fan – the pilot light is lit.
- The input contactor operates – the fan runs – the pilot light is lit – but the machine has no welding output.
- The machine has high welding output and no control.
- The machine has minimum welding output and no control.
- The machine does not have maximum output.
- The machine will not shut off when the power switch is put in the OFF position.
