c. Run high voltage wiring from winches into control panel. Hook up to motor starters.
See note below about phasing of motors. Be sure to connect ground wires from hoists
into control panel terminal.

d. Change setting for motor starter overloads according to voltage present. Turn blue dial
with a small screwdriver to adjust.
