Precautions for Charging the Battery Pack:
1.
Charge the battery pack only in the upright position
as shown on p.14. If you charge it in any other posi
tion, battery leakage may result.
2.
When the battery pack is being charged, do not
bring the compact power adapter and battery pack
close together,
3.
The compact power acJapter has a built-in safety
circuit to protect against surges in electrical cur
rent. When this circuit is activated and the power
adapter does not operate, first set the power switch
to "0" and wait about 10 seconds before returning it
to "1".
