This retrieves the terminal setting state.

Acquisition of parameters which can be set

< r:TERMINAL=I, IN, OUT

"IN" or "OUT" can be selected as the terminal setting.

* Commands are indicated by ">", and responses are indicated by "<".

When a command is not supported, "e:0002 INVALID_COMMAND" is returned.
