FUEL-FILLER CAP
Ⅲ To tighten, turn the fuel-filler cap clockwise until ratch-
eting clicks are heard. If the cap is not fully tightened,
the service engine soon light may illuminate.
Ⅲ If
light illuminates because the fuel cap is loose
or missing, tighten or re-install the cap. The
should turn off after a few driving trips.
TRUNK LID RELEASE SWITCH
The trunk lid release switch is located on the left side of the instrument
panel.
Ⅲ To open the trunk lid, push the opener lever downward.
Ⅲ To close the trunk lid, lower and push the trunk lid down securely.
TRUNK LID CANCEL SWITCH
Ⅲ When the cancel switch (located inside the glove box)
is OFF, the trunk lid cannot be opened with the trunk lid
opener (located on the driver’s door), the trunk re-
quest switch button or the Intelligent Key button.
Ⅲ It can be opened by using the Emergency Inside Trunk
Release.
TILT/TELESCOPIC STEERING
POWER (if so equipped)
Push the switch up or down; forward or backward to
adjust the steering wheel to the desired position .
