Using the BF900
To add a name:
• Press 1 . Display shows NAME=A~Z,
(UP ARROW), *, ENTER .
• Use the alphabet letters on the one-touch
numbers to add a name.
• Press the ENTER button. Display shows
DATA ENTRY OK followed by NETWORK ADDRESS
0=(NO) 1=(YES) .
If you press 0 the display shows SPEED DIAL .
You can now enter another number or press
STOP to return to standby.
To add a net address
• Press 1 . Display shows NET ADDRS=PRESS
ENTER .
• Use the keypad to enter the net address you
want.
• Press the ENTER button. Display shows
DATA ENTRY OK followed by SPEED DIAL
PRESS ENTER .
• You can now enter another number or press
STOP to return to standby.

To store numbers under a Group Dial button
You can set 8 of the One-Touch buttons as
Group Dial buttons. These are buttons 25-32.
Each one can hold up to 40 fax numbers.
Only fax numbers already stored as One-Touch
or Speed Dial numbers can be entered under
the Group Dial buttons.
• Press the FUNCTION button. Display shows
FUNCTION MODE 0~9,#,*,<,> .
• Press 7 (or the buttons) to display
PROGRAM TEL. NO 0~9,#,*,>, ENTER .
• Press the ENTER button. Display shows
PROGRAM TEL NO. 1-5, <,> .
• Press 3 (or the arrows) to display
GROUP DIAL 1-5 ENTER .
• Press the ENTER button. Display shows
GROUP DIAL PRESS OT 25~32 .
• Press the One-Touch button ( 25-32 ) that
you want. Display shows *25+ <,>, ENTER .
• Press the ENTER button. Display shows
LOC. COUNTER=00. SEL. LOC/ENTER .
• Enter the phone numbers you want by
pressing either a ONE-TOUCH button or the
SPEED DIAL button then the 3 digit location
code. If a name has been stored along with
the number, both are displayed alternately.
• Press the ENTER button after selecting each
fax number. The LOCATION COUNTER
increases after each number is added.
