SUBJECT: TRAILER KIT FOR 12-
INCH DEBRIS LOADERS

Before inspecting or servicing any part of this machine,
shut off power source, remove key, disconnect the
battery cables and make sure all moving parts have
come to a complete stop.

OPTIONAL TRAILER KIT ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place hitch pole into trailer frame. Do not secure into
place.
2. Route the trailer light wire harness through the hitch
pole.
3. Now, secure hitch pole to frame using two 1/2 x 4-1/2"
bolts, washers and nuts horizontally underneath the
frame and one 3/8 x 4" bolt, washer and nut vertically
at the front of the frame. Torque to 45 ft-lbs.
4. Place the triangular storage deck piece over the hitch
pole.

5. Attach the storage deck to the hitch pole using three
3/8 x 4-1-1/2" bolts, six washers and three nuts.
6. Attach the storage deck to the trailer frame using two
3/8 x 1" carriage bolts, washers and nylock nuts.
7. Next, attach wheels using four 1/2" wheel nuts per
wheel. Tighten wheel nuts alternately and torque to 75
ft-lbs. Block wheels to prevent the trailer from moving
while assembling the remainder of the parts.
8. Using the 2-1/2" snap ring, attach the trailer jack to the
hitch pole at it's location on the left side of the hitch.
9. Now, attach the safety chains to the hitch in the first
hole behind the coupler end of the hitch. Use the 3/8
x 5" bolt, two washers and nut.
10. Attach the coupler mount to the hitch pole using two
5/8 x 4-1/2" bolts and centerlock nuts.
11. Now attach the 2" coupler to the coupler mount using
two 1/2 x 4" bolts and centerlock nuts.
12. Finally, plug in license plate light and attach light in
place at the top of the license plate bracket using
two 10-24x3/4" pan head screws and nylock
nuts.
