– This appliance is suited for the commer-
cial use, e.g. in workshops, restaurant
and building cleaning along with the ac-
cessories and spare parts authorised
by Kärcher.
– This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with lim-
ited physical, sensoric or mental capac-
ities or lack of experience and/or skills,
unless such persons are accompanied
and supervised by a person in charge of
their safety or if they received precise
instructions on the use of this appli-
ance.
– Children should be supervised to pre-
vent them from playing with the appli-
ance.
– The appliance is not suitable for sweep-
ing off liquids.
– Please do not sweep away any burning
substances such as cigarettes, match
sticks or similar objects.
– WARNING The appliance is not suita-
ble for sucking in hazardous substanc-
es.
– Please wear safety gloves while remov-
ing glass, metal or other materials from
the waste container.
– WARNING Use only brushes that are
provided with the appliance or specified
in the Operations Manual. Using other
brushes can affect the safety of the ap-
pliance.
Any use extending beyond this is not con-
sidered as proper use. The manufacturer is
not liable for any losses resulting from this;
the user alone bears the risk for this.
In addition to the information contained in
the operating instructions, all statutory
safety and accident prevention regulations
must be observed.

Risk of injury
– The device contains a rotating brush
roller; never reach into the device with
fingers or tools during operation!
– Remove the batteries before starting
any maintenance jobs or repairs to the
machine!

Tips about rechargeable battery and
charger
– You may recharge the battery using
only the original charger provided with
the appliance or a charger approved by
KÄRCHER.
– Do not expose the battery to direct
sunlight, heat or fire, there is a risk of
explosion.
– Check charger, mains cable and battery
pack for damages before every use. Do
not use damaged devices and get the
damaged parts repaired only by ex-
perts.
– Do not use the charger if dirty or wet.
– The mains voltage must match the volt-
age mentioned on the type plate of the
charger.
– Do not operate the charger in explosive
environment.
– Ensure that no metal pieces reach the
contacts of the adapter, else there will
be a short circuit.
– Use the charger only to charge ap-
proved battery packs.
– Insert only clean and dry battery packs
on the adapter of the charger.
– Do not charge batteries (primary cells);
risk of explosion.
– Do not charge damaged battery packs.
Replace damaged battery packs.
– Do not store battery packs along with
metal objects; risk of short circuit.
