Insert the radial arm (4) between the support brackets of the column upper section (3), insert axis (5)
from above through the bore holes and secure with 1 cylindrical screw (15) and 1 washer (14).

Place upper section with mounted radial arm and mount with 4 hexagonal screws (9), 4 lock washers
(10) and 4 hexagonal nuts (7) to the lower section (2).

Î

Unfold suspension bracket for chain hoist (16) through removal of an SL retainer and pull out the
bolt.

Î

Raise chain hoist under the mounted chassis (17), fold the suspension bracket over the chassis bolt,
push in bolt again and secure with an SL-retainer.

Î

Connect the CEE shrouded plug 16A to the power supply.

Check the direction of rotation! The lifting device is clamped clockwise on the works side. If
through actuating the “Lift“ or “Lower“ button the chain hoist moves in the reverse
direction, switch over the phase inverter on the CEE shrouded plug.

Bedienung

Read and understand the attached product manual for the chain hoist and chassis!

Î

Swivel the radial arm by means of a chain with ring over the heater element or milling device, lower
the lifting hook and move into the desired position.

Î

Hook the lifting hook into the eye of the heater element or milling device.

Î

Lift heater element or milling device slowly and, in doing so, guide by means of the hand grip.

Î

Swivel the raised part on the chain with ring over the basic machine and lower into the desired
position.

Disposal

Components of the unit are recyclable material and should be put to recycling. For this purpose registered
and certified recycling companies are available. For an environmentalfriendly disposal of the non-recyclable
parts (e.g. electronic waste) please contact your local waste disposal authority.
For EU countries only:

Do not dispose of electric tools with domestic waste. In accordance with European Directive
2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment and its implementation as national law,
electric tools that are no longer serviceable must be collected separately and utilised for
environmentally compatible recycling.
