Cable Termination and Hirschmann Models
All 206 models with a cable termination or Hirschmann connector vent
through the cable to maintain proper accuracy. Connection to the unit
should be made in a junction box that is vented to atmosphere, with care
taken to ensure that the end of the cable is not blocked or sealed.
The following junction box configuration is a recommended method
for connecting to 206 units in order to achieve a moisture resistant and
vented connection.
