Managing the Unit with SNMP
SNMP Interface
Purpose You can use PowerNet MIB OID s to manage (monitor, configure, and
control) your Environmental Monitoring Unit.
PowerNet MIB OID
categories
Use your MIB browser to locate the PowerNet MIB OID s that you can
use to manage the Environmental Monitoring Unit:
1. Select [product] under [apc] .
2. Select [hardware] .
3. Select [measureUps] to list the following two OID categories:
OID OID OID OID Function Function Function Function
[mUpsEnviron] Displays information about the ambient temperature and
relative humidity.
[mUpsContact] Defines contact values.
