1 Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of the Alto-6ch unit.
The Alto-6ch is a compact rugged case with an embedded state of the art Soft dB SR-MK3 DSP board allowing
real-time and precise measurement with low energy consumption. Connected to a PC, the Alto-6ch provides
a complete toolbox for acoustic and vibration measurements at a very competitive price.
2 Features
• 6 24-bit analog inputs, ± 1.5 volt
• Support DC inputs, AC inputs and ICP inputs (for preamplified ICP sensors)
• 24-bit analog outputs, ± 2 volts
• USB communication to a PC or optional Ethernet communication
• External 15 volts power supply (provided). Also works at 12 volts DC.
• Internal rechargeable battery (approx. 3 hours life)
• LCD screen and buttons interface to visualize the measurement levels.
• Compatible with the OPUS TM Suite software, which provides a wide selection of modules for acoustic
