Managing Player Channels

Introduction
A playlist will be created off-line, if it is not associated to a player channel, or on-line if it is
associated to a channel. An off-line playlist can be made on-line afterwards.
You can load, browse and play an off-line or on-line playlist on the Software Player. Using
the Software Player, you will be able to play all playlist elements as long as they are
available on an EVS server or on an online nearline via the GigE network.
However, you will have to make the playlist on-line and manually restore the files to an
EVS server if you want to play it out on a player channel.
