The infeed and outfeed rollers power the stock through
the planer while keeping boards flat and providing a con-
sistent rate of movement.
The power feed features high/low feed rates. The speed
should only be changed when the machine is running.
Use the different feed rates as stated below:
16 FPM .......................................Dimensioning Pass
20 FPM ............................................ Finishing Pass
Figure 12 illustrates the three different positions of the
feed control knob.

NOTICE
Only change the speeds when the planer is running,
but DO NOT attempt to change speeds during any
cutting operations or damage to the gearbox will
result.
