- Before securing the washing tank, lift the near end of the tank and
its retainer as high up as possible
- Securely tighten the set screws using a coin.
19) Plug the removed hose back into
the tube connector.
20) Insert the back of the left tray rail
into the slit in the guide plate.
21) Secure the left tray rail with set
screws.
7.7 Replacing the diffusion sheet (SLM-EAC, SLM-EST)
1) Remove the processing chemical
supply guides from the processor
rack.
2) Loosen the two set screws for
each processing chemical supply
guide to remove the diffusion
sheet.
